Fees

I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Georgia #CSW7969 and Florida telehealth provider #TPSW 1649 .  I am providing virtual sessions only at this time.

  • $175 per Intake Session – 75 minutes
  • $125 per 55 – minute session
  • $100 per 45 – minute session
  • $150 per 55 – minute couples session
  • $750 per Premarital Course 6 50 – minute sessions and assessment

We accept HSA/FSA cards

 

Insurance & Questions to Ask

I currently accept the following insurances for Florida and Georgia clients only:

  • Aetna
  • Cigna
  • Oscar
  • Optum
  • United Healthcare

I am an out-of-network providers and can provide you with a “super-bill” (documentation for our sessions) should you wish to submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Questions to Ask your insurance company:

  • What are my “out-of-network” outpatient mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible, and have I met it?
  • Is it possible to meet with a provider that I choose and submit receipts for reimbursement? How?
  • Are there any limitations on how many services a year that will be covered?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • How long will it take to get my reimbursement?
  • Do I need a referral from a primary care physician?
